Technical products are becoming increasingly complex. Furthermore, legal guidelines are continually increasing. This is where Kachel provides support for its customers. Operating manuals are prepared reliably and above all quickly, and, if desired, also translated –also into Chinese. In addition, Kachel assists companies during the CE marking process.Kachel offers the complete service package under one roof: Graphics, illustrations, and now also internet presence are prepared in Sulzdorf and requested by customers from all over Germany. As new addition, visual operating instructions – „Utilityfilm“ – were added to the service range. Video images can transmit processes without language and Kachel prepares these utilityfilms at the customer’s request.
